I am persuing a mortgage for a new house...please pray that if it is God's will that we would qualify and be given a good rate and have a payment that we can afford. My stomach is a little bit in knots so I need all the prayer we can get.
Option 2 would be to rent for a few years and restore our credit but we would like to get into a house of our own and be able to fix something up for our family....God can do miracles...pray for one for me!
